 At Ottawa Alternative Health Care, holistic is more than just a word to us. We treat the whole body, looking for the cause of your persistent, chronic problem. Started in 1979, we have moved from a conventional chiropractic clinic treating headaches and backaches to a truly alternative health clinic. In 1988, due to a personal illness (often called chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia), we had to search for the answers for health. Our journey resulted in the cure of this ailment when nothing else, not medicine, not naturopathy, not chiropractic helped. We discovered the incredible benefits of Emotional Healing. We later added to our knowledge of alternative care studying Energy Balancing, Nutritional Analysis and Craniosacral Therapy. As a result, our practice evolved into truly alternative health care, and we began to attract patients with emotionally based dis-ease, environmental illnesses, chronic fatigue, and more.
