Before we learned that Artesunate might inhibit XMRV via NF Kappa B
inhibition in August of 2009, we were aware that Artesunate was a known
inhibitor of all known human herpes viruses against which it has been
tested as well as HIV. I was first introduced to Artesunate by a
prominent Autism expert at a medical conference who finds it helpful in

XMRV : 'missing link' bij ME/CVS ?
XMRV behoort tot de retrovirussen.
Dit zijn virussen die hun erfelijk materiaal opslaan in de vorm van RNA.
De naam van het virus (xenotropic murine leukemia virus related virus)
geeft aan dat het verwant is aan virussen die bij ratten en muizen
leukemie veroorzaken.
Tot nu toe zijn slechts drie retrovirussen bekend die de mens kunnen
besmetten : HIV, HTLV-l en 2 en XMRV. |
