Cypress Bioscience, Inc.recently completed a Phase II clinical trial evaluating the first NSRI, milnacipran, as an oral treatment for FMS. In this study, milnacipran was shown to statistically improve a number of primary and secondary hallmark symptoms of fibromyalgia.
